Homeowner Calls for Your Business

Mysteryexcuse Restoration is a referral service. We do not hire crews or run jobs. Instead, we connect homeowners in Miami and the Greater Miami area with independent providers who do the work.

If you run your own restoration business, joining the network may bring you calls from homeowners who need help with water damage. The homeowner is looking for a provider and is ready to talk.

This is not a job listing. It is a way for independent contractors to be reached by people with water in their homes.

Who We Are Looking For

We want local providers who handle work like:

• Water damage restoration
• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement and lower-level cleanup
• Mold-related cleanup tied to water damage

You should be based in or near the region and able to serve homeowners there. Our area has humid weather, storm season and many concrete block homes on slabs, so local knowledge helps.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their home. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and local rules require
• Answer calls and questions in plain, respectful language
• Give written quotes or estimates before work begins
• Avoid pressure, vague pricing and false promises
• Be honest about your availability and your service area

We do not promise any number of calls. Call volume changes with the season, the weather and your coverage area.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@mysteryexcuse.garden. Please include:

• Your business name and the services you offer
• The towns or areas you cover
• Your license and insurance details
• A good phone number and how you prefer to be reached

We will read your message and reply if there is a fit. Replies may take a little time.

Questions?

If you want to know more before you apply, write to contact@mysteryexcuse.garden. Ask about how referrals work, what we expect from providers or anything else on your mind. We are happy to explain.
